Built in 1922, the Emerson House is located in Denver’s Historic Swallow Hill neighborhood on Capital Hill. This charming venue was the headquarters for the Colorado Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. until recently. It is now owned by another non-profit that will continue the legacy of this great historic building.
